Friday Morning Fuel

Unravel

Improve your range of motion in 15 minutes while learning techniques to improve your posture, prevent injury, and reduce muscle soreness.
YogaFit

YogaFit is modern fitness yoga that intertwines fitness moves with basic yoga postures in a heat-building and flowing sequence, leading up to relaxing stretches and a rest segment.
Bootcamp

Full-Body Blast

A full-body cardio and resistance training virtual class using just your body and household items to enhance your balance, coordination, and overall strength – all in the comfort of your own living room!
Core

Grab a quick abdominal class — 15 minutes of nonstop core action. No extra equipment needed!
Technique Tuesday

A more in depth look at compound exercises, particularly those involving a barbell. Discover tailored warm-up drills, cues, and techniques to help you build confidence and master those movements!
Roll Model Method
4:30–5 pm Eastern Time, Tuesdays
Relieve chronic pain and improve your posture and performance! The Roll Model Method is a soft-tissue-conditioning fitness format in which you use Roll Model®️ Therapy Balls to facilitate self-massage. This class is both in-person and virtual. If you’re at home, be sure to have two tennis balls and a sock to tie them in.
