Learn how to swing, press, pull, hinge, and flow with this strength and endurance class. Kettlebells recommended. Can be modified with dumbbells. All skill levels welcome.

Total body training, utilizing the necessary tools for the purpose of increasing strength and stamina. Minimal equipment needed, dumbbells and kettlebells recommended, and all levels welcome!
