Family leave
What
You’re bringing home a new addition. You probably want a little time to bond with your newest family member. All new parents get 16 weeks of parental leave at full pay, and birth moms get an additional 6–8 weeks of short-term disability. That’s a whole lot of coochy-coo time.
Why
Family is so important. Raising kids and taking care of parents are huge endeavors. We take care of our family so you can take care of yours.
Highlights
- Moms and dads (birth and adopting): 16 weeks of parental leave within one year of your child’s birth or adoption (taken all at once or in increments of one week or more — pre or post birth)
- Birth moms: an additional 6-8 weeks of short-term disability
