Creating a culture of well-being
We all have busy schedules and full lives, but it’s important to not lose sight of our well-being. After all, our health and wellness allow us to perform at our best every day.
In Lenovo’s culture of well-being, all employees are encouraged to prioritize their holistic health. And you can contribute to that culture right now! Select a physical, emotional, or financial well-being goal and then find a quick, easy, and affordable alternative action you can take today to work toward that goal.

Needing a physical well-being boost?
If you don’t have time to get to the doctor’s office, try…
- Gathering important health info at home. You can monitor your blood pressure anytime with Hello Heart, an easy-to-use heart-health program. Get a smart device to track your stress and sleep with Omada’s personal health coaching.
- Virtual physical therapy. If you’re recovering from an injury or needing help with your physical therapy routine, you have access to Hinge Health, a free app-based digital rehabilitation program that focuses on back, joint, and muscle care and connects you with a team of physical therapists, health coaches, and physicians.
If you don’t have the motivation to go to the gym, try…
- Joining a Lenovo group exercise class. Whether you’re looking for a full-body bootcamp class or just a five-minute virtual stretch break, you can increase your strength, stamina, and flexibility by joining one of our many Power UP Fitness Center classes. Review our current class schedule. You can also connect with your Lenovo Power UP Fitness Center coaches and watch live or on-demand training videos with the Exos app.
If you don’t have the money to hire a nutritionist, try…
- Getting free nutritional guidance. If you’re covered by Cigna, you and your dependents can each get three free nutritional evaluations and six free nutritional counseling visits per year (and six free evaluations if you have a diabetic or mental health diagnosis). You can also lean on Lenovo’s health coaching options: Lenovo Wellness Center’s registered nurse (RN) health coaches, Cigna’s My Health Assistant online coaching program, and Omada’s personal health coaches.

Looking to give your emotional well-being a lift?
If you don’t have time to do your own well-being research, try…
- Learning from the coaches. Attend a low-key, informal Coffee With the Coaches session to get some well-being tips from our resident health experts.
If you’re not inspired to travel the globe, try…
- A low-key vacation. Even if you can’t get away to an exotic locale, it’s important to occasionally take time away from work to get a little R&R and a fresh perspective. If you’re a nonexempt employee, you have at least 15 vacation days per year, and you accrue more based on your years of service. Be sure to take advantage of them!
If you’re not sure you’re ready for long-term therapy, try…
- Exploring Lenovo’s free mental health resources. Whether you’re dealing with everyday stressors or feeling totally overwhelmed and need to talk to a licensed counselor ASAP, our mental health benefits can provide the level of support you’re looking for.

Aiming to elevate your financial well-being?
If you don’t have time to figure out your finances, try…
- Relying on the experts. Get advice that’s just for you by scheduling a 1:1 session through Fidelity for help with your financial questions.
If you don’t have the motivation to devise a retirement plan, try…
- Letting your HSA and 401(k) do some of the work for you. The more you stash away into these accounts now, the faster your nest egg will grow! In 2025 you can contribute up to $4,300 (single)/$8,550 (family) to your Health Savings Account (HSA), and up to $23,500 to your Lenovo Savings Plan [401(k)]. At any time, you can update your HSA contributions through Benefitsolver or your 401(k) contributions by contacting Fidelity.
If you don’t have the money to buy the stuff you love, try…
- Buying really cool things at reduced prices. Treat yourself to a guilt-free shopping excursion by using Lenovo EXTRAS to make your purchases.
