Enhanced family care support

You can use Bright Horizons Enhanced Family Supports to connect with more regular and long-term care options. Services include:
- A free Sittercity account that gives you access to a huge database of in-home care and services, including babysitters, pet care providers, and housekeepers.
- Special VIP discounts and preferred enrollment when choosing a Bright Horizons child-care center for your regular ongoing care.
- Free access to the Years Ahead platform, which connects you with elder-care tools and resources.

Back-up care

Need to be away from home and your sitter just bailed? Did your mom break her leg and does she need some in-home care when you can’t be there? Regardless of the reason, that’s a caregiving emergency. With Bright Horizons, you don’t have to cancel your plans. Back-up care provides access to caregivers at your home, at a Bright Horizons facility, or at another care center (depending on need and availability). Pet care services include walkers, sitters, overnight boarding, and drop-in care for cats and dogs.
As a Lenovo employee, you get up to 15 back-up care days per year for child, adult, and elder care. If you need care for a pet, you’re entitled to 10 days per year, to use on Rover. For more information, see the Pet Care FAQ.

Virtual tutoring

If you’re having trouble with homework, there’s no need for you or your child to struggle. You can also get personalized virtual tutoring support for your child or teenager through your back-up care benefit. Your student can connect with an experienced tutor who can support their specific learning goals in 300+ subjects.
Highlights:
- Receive four hours of tutoring for each back-up care use
- Schedule tutoring in one-hour increments through the back-up care site
- Available for your dependents ages 5–18
